Kimberly Lovegrove Wins Big for a Great Cause

Kimberly Lovegrove walked into her first Queens Club poker night feeling nervous—but left with a winning hand and a full heart. The Governors Club Realty agent not only took home the win, but also had the chance to donate her prize to a cause that means a great deal to her.

The group, known as the Queens Club, hosts poker nights where each woman buys in and donates her winnings to the charity of her choice. Kimberly chose to give her prize to the BOLD Foundation, a nonprofit started by BOLD Companies that supports local kids by helping ensure they have the same opportunities, supplies, and experiences as their peers—regardless of their background.

“This is near and dear to me,” Kimberly said, “because it helps the very children who are the best friends of my own. I get to see the impact up close.”
