Established in 1992, the Governors Club Custom Home Program provides property owners, many of whom come from out of town, with a team of experienced professionals to select from when designing and building their home in Governors Club. and includes architects, builders and landscape architects. The three professions represented are required by the Property Owners Association’s Architectural Review Board for plan submission and approval.
The Custom Home Program has endeavored to assemble a team of experienced and talented members that understand and share the vision of Governors Club as a community of elegance, style, and exceptional quality. As a result, the CHP has members who strive to provide solid customer service and quality craftsmanship for our property owners. The Custom Home Program is proud to offer property owners the opportunity to work with some of the most respected builders and designers in the Triangle.

Governors Club Realty: A Bold Real Estate Firm and its agents do not guarantee or warrant the qualifications, ability, financial stability, fitness, workmanship or performance of any member of the Custom Home Program. The Custom Home Program tries to identify a group of experienced architects, builders, landscape architects and interior designers, but the selection of a home-building team must be made by the property owner. GCR cannot guarantee that members of the Customer Home Program will adequately perform their contractual obligations. Promotional information concerning individual members of the Customer Home Program is prepared and provided by the members themselves and is not independently verified by GCR. Builders pay a referral fee to GCR for participation and marketing expenses.
