A native of New Jersey, Kristine attended Rowan University with a major in Early Childhood Education. After teaching kindergarten for one year, she discovered her passion for real estate and subsequently bought her first home at the age of 21 then flipped and sold her first investment property at the age of 22. Ever since then, Kristine has been involved in numerous aspects of the real estate business.

After cutting her teeth in the New York City rental housing business, she obtained her New Jersey real estate license and began working in new construction sales. Later, she moved into the mortgage business with a national lender.

She began a career at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) in 2007 when she relocated to North Carolina’s Triangle. At Wachovia/ Wells Fargo, she served in a series of real estate-focused positions from running an underwriting division to heading up a closing department to managing a loss mitigation site.

Kristine is the proud mom of a 12-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she loves remodeling and decorating houses, shopping, and traveling. Kristine is also passionate about philanthropic endeavors and has worked with Triangle organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Dress for Success, and Rebuilding Together and sits on the board of directors for The BOLD Foundation.
