With temperatures rising, restrictions lifting, and normality on the horizon, community morale is reaching an all-time high, and local businesses are ready to celebrate! From nature adventures to fun classes and concerts, June is looking to be a buzzing month, and we're excited to share some of our favorite events below!
1.) Hotrods & Hamburgers
Gov’s Burgers & Tap is hosting a monthly car meet on the first Sunday of every month. Swing by for the first event on Sunday, June 6th, to enjoy local food and beer vendors as well as games, activities, raffles, and cars!
2.) Fearrington Workshops & Classes
Learn something new at Fearrington Village this month from their many workshops and classes! Take part in experiencing wines and cheeses from the regions of France, Italy, Greece, and more! Head here to see what they have in store for this month.
3.) White Pines Mushroom Tour
On Saturday, June 19th, head to the White Pines Nature Preserve to explore the “fungus among us.” The guided tour, led by TLC Trail Guide, Susannah, will take you through the wonders of TLC’s first nature preserve and a deep dive into all things mushroom! Head here for more information!
4.) Carolina Brewery & Grill Events
If you’re looking for a fun night out, the Carolina Brewery is hosting a live music summer series, weekly, each Saturday. Enjoy headliners like the Holland Brothers, New Orleans Masquerade, Mr. Wonderful, and more!
5.) Nature Excursions with Frog Hollow Outdoors
