Cathy and her family relocated to the Tar Heel State in 2003. She received her sales agent and broker licenses from North Carolina in 2004, and subsequently joined Governors Club Realty: A Domicile Realty Firm. Prior to moving to Chapel Hill, she was an agent for one of the largest realty firms in the U.S. Cathy worked in the most productive sales team in the Bethesda, Maryland office – an office which was the first in the nation to reach $1 billion in annual sales.
While raising four children in Potomac, Maryland, Cathy found time to volunteer for Montgomery County’s Teenage Runaway Program, serve as a court-appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children (CASA), and be active in the MOM Program, a nationally-sponsored organization that pairs experienced mothers with underprivileged unwed teens. She was also highly involved as a volunteer in the Montgomery County School system. In addition to her commitment to children, Cathy is a certified Lamaze Instructor. She also has a passion for interior design, and her Maryland home was featured on the Potomac House Tour.
Cathy’s commitment to community is equaled by a commitment to her real estate clients. As a high-integrity professional, she strives to provide quality service supported by solid facts and reliable, open communication. Cathy holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island.
