JJ Interiors Janine Jordan, CKD, IIDA, IDS of JJ Interiors defines her purview primarily as an independent kitchen and bath designer. An advocate of universal design, she's experienced to modify standard residential design principles to be usable by people throughout their lifespan. Her vast resources for the kitchen accommodate diverse ethnic, cultural or lifestyle innovations for new construction as well as residential remodeling.
Janine's client Q&A survey, showroom resources and rapport with custom cabinet suppliers inspire her conceptualized layouts including task and ambient lighting schematics. These procedures aid in establishing the priorities and nail down the component specifications and locations for installation. The goal is to meet the client's objectives and expedite the project requirements put out for bids.
Janine's particular strength is an aesthetic approach to systems and functions, integrating her designs into any desired residential style, whether it is traditional, whimsical or dramatic high-tech. Mindful of site conditions impacting a domino effect on design, Janine also troubleshoots offering solutions to unanticipated design challenges. |
