Thank you very much for all the patience you showed during the planning of this event. You had lots of calls and emails and I appreciate your support while organizing this for the POA External Relations Committee.
You were absolutely right to point out that we needed to present a good image and have the coffee and tea setup for the number of chairs. That helped me get the support from the committee. We had 85 people and a few walk ins at the end.
Thanks again. It's a always is a pleasure to work with you. I know this was a very small event in the big picture, but you gave it total attention and professionalism.

"We had dinner in the Grill Room this evening with our neighbors the Alperts. It turned out to be a delightful dining experience. Russell did a very good job in serving and recommending different dishes to order. We were all impressed with your new menu, there is good variety. The lighting was perfect; service was good, food delicious. Just the way it should be. Good job to the staff and chef Rusty."
